The goal of Black Dragon is promotion of understanding of racial dynamics in America through education, training and advocacy. Historical evidence serves as the foundation to illuminate racial issues in order to end persistent polarization of American society along racial lines.  Black Dragon’s tertiary approach to addressing the complexities of race relations encourages a multi-dimensional approach to this complex issue.
