Mission Statement:
The primary goal of Black Dragon is, promotion of understanding related to racial dynamics in America. Through education, training and advocacy the Dragon illuminates, through historical evidence, the foundation and perpetual nature of racial issues in the United States. In order to end persistent polarization of American society along racial lines, Black Dragon utilizes a tertiary approach to addressing the complexities of race relations to provide and encourage a multi-dimensional approach to this complex issue.
Vision Statement:
To promote mutual understanding of racial issues within our society through expansion of consciousness vis a vis programming that encompasses fundamental analysis of race-related issues.
